This policy explains what information is involved when EncoreStage operates its private publishing workflow and when you visit this informational website.
Our publishing workflow
EncoreStage operates a private internal content-production and publishing workflow to prepare and publish EncoreStage media. It is not a public software service, and the integration does not offer TikTok account access to visitors.
TikTok and connected-account information
When EncoreStage authorizes a platform account, the private workflow may receive only information needed for authentication, basic connected-account identity, the permissions granted to the integration, and content-posting operations. This can include account identifiers and display information, authorization tokens and their expiry details, granted permissions, and the content or posting status needed to complete and verify a publishing action.
How authorization data is stored and used
Authorization data is used only to operate EncoreStage's own publishing workflow. Authorization credentials and tokens are stored locally in EncoreStage's private Content Farm installation and are not intentionally published on this website or made available to the public.
EncoreStage does not sell account authorization data or share it with advertisers. Information required to authorize an account or carry out a publishing action is exchanged with the relevant platform as needed to provide that function.
Platform services
When you authorize or use TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or another supported platform, that platform processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. EncoreStage's use of a platform's APIs is also subject to the platform's applicable rules.
Retention, disconnection and revocation
An account can be disconnected in EncoreStage's private publishing installation, and locally stored authorization data can be removed there. Authorization can also be revoked through the relevant platform's account or security settings. Disconnecting an account does not automatically remove content already published to that platform.
